Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Emporium. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply contact Emporium Customer Service Specialists by email at CustomerCare@Emporium.com or by phone at 855.245.3510 to request a return. At any time during the term of your lease, if you are current on all payments due, you can request a return authorization to end your lease agreement. You must receive an Emporium return authorization before sending your product back. You are responsible to pay all shipping and handling charges back to our warehouse. Emporium will inspect the product, which must be in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. If it is returned damaged or missing parts, you are obliged to pay the depreciated fair market value, but not to exceed what your early payoff payment would have been.
Furniture, Large Screen TV’s, Fitness Equipment, Major Appliances Policy
For delivery of furniture, large screen TVs, fitness equipment and major appliances, please inspect the shipping box at time of delivery for any potential physical damages. If the outer shipping box and/or product appears damaged, you must notify the delivery person, do not sign the shipping receipt and refuse delivery. If you refuse your product please inform Emporium Customer Service Specialists immediately by email at CustomerCare@Emporium.com or by phone at 855.245.3510.
Refunds for products returned within 30 days will be reflected on your statements within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of return. Once the item is returned, inspected and approved for credit, your account will be credited within 5 to 10 business days.
Return Label Information and Guidelines:
If you have requested your return label via email, you should expect to receive it in the email address you provided within 5 business days; for return labels via US Mail, please allow up to 10 business days from your request date. If you do not receive the return labels within these time periods, please contact us immediately. Return labels expire 2-3 weeks after the Issue Date.
